Okus dřevin a jeho vliv na dynamiku lesa na LS Dvůr Králové, revír Hony
Gereg, Michal
The subject of my bachelor thesis was monitoring of the condition of natural regeneration in forest district Dvůr Králové and evaluate the impact of roe deer Capreolus capreolus and red deer Cervus elaphus. The investigation was realized on 10 transects where it was ascertained % of damaged individuals and 1.5 m in height, with the total number of surveyed individuals 2 332 ks. The transects were recorded a total of six woody plants. Norway spruce Picea abies -- 1 179 ind., followed by Scots pine Pinus sylvestris, Sessile oak Quercus petraea, Birch Betula pendula, Rowan Sorbus aucuparia and European beech Fagus sylvatica were the most represented species. The summer browsing was only monitored. The most damaged species from the main tree monitored species was Quercus petraea -- 37 %, the least damaged tree species was Pinus sylvestris -- 9 %. Roe deer caused the most part of damage from game.
Růst dřevin a jejich okus při různých způsobech ošetření proti buřeni v regionu Krásné Hory nad Vltavou
Poslušný, Aleš
The aim of the thesis was to evaluate effect of various types of treatment against the forest weed on the following heigth and height gain of trees and damage by roe deer buds browsing. Trial sites were situated near Krásná Hora nad Vltavou on the property of Ing. Alexandre Lobkowicz. The heigth and height gain of trees was evaluted on nine trial sites. Measuring of buds browsing was realized on nine trial sites and two transects. The highest average height of trees was detected on the control site without treating against the forest weed. The highest average height gain was find out on the site by brush-mower mowing in stripes. Both trial sites and transects showed low damage of Norway spruce (Picea abies). But there was high injury of Sessile oak (Quercus petraea) and Rowan tree (Sorbus aucuparia) on transects. The lowest injury was detected on the site by brush-mower mowing in stripes. The highest damage was on the site treated by fully herbicide application.
Interakce mezi početností a distribucí srnčí zvěře a skotem na pastvě
Horák, Vojtěch
The purpose of investigation was to determine the relationship between the abundance and the spacial activity of roe deer (Capreolus capreolus L.) and cattle grazing in the area of interest in southern Bohemia, consisting of three mixed hunting grounds. The selected suitable locations where cattle grazing took place were compared with sites where cattle grazing did not take place. The abundance and the distribution of roe deer in these locations was determined by counting the faecal pellet groups in total of 160 disposable strip transects (FSC - with no cleaning) and by direct observation during 80 countings. The results revealed a lower abundance of roe deer and a change of its space activities in areas with grazing cattle compared to sites with no grazing meadows.
Využití sušených a silážovaných kopřiv pro přikrmování srnčí zvěře v honitbě MS Trpín-Hartmanice
Heger, Jan
This thesis follows up the using of dried and ensilage nettles for the supplemental feeding of the roe deer. The aim was to check up the possibilities of the preservation of the nettles and their intake of the roe deer. They were tested the possibilities of the prezervation the nettles to dry all the plant and to ensilage of the wilted to cut up the plants. The produced silages have evaluated in the nutritive value terms and quality and it has observed the intake of the roe deer the compared with other fooders. In this thesis it was discovered that the nettles which they are weeds for us and grow up all around,it is possible effectively to use for supplemental feeding of roe deer and the fooder made from these plants is similar its nutritive value to other volume fodders, which are suitable for supplemental feeding. The extensive labour - intensity of the preparation the silage is the main barrier of the extensive using the nettles.
The influence of the Earth magnetic field on communication strategy of roebucks and fishes
Brus, Radek ; Hart, Vlastimil (advisor) ; Mrkvičková Kořanová, Diana (referee)
This thesis focuses on the communication strategies of roe deer and fish. Roe deers live from April to September territorial way, they live the remaining part of the year in common groups. To territory marking roe deers using chemical and optical biocommunication- breaking antlers and raking. This work is also focused on our most common fish carp. From Czech fish only carps intensive jumps out of the water, which could be one of the modes of communication. The carp is shoal fish, it lives social way of life. Carp is the most active in summer, in the summer is also the most jumps. After the data showed that carps and roe deers are oriented in the north-south axis, with a preference of north. The resulting vector in the direct observation of raking roe deers 7,5 ° and jumping carps out of the water 341.5 ° confirm magnetoreception in both species.
Recognition of warning signal jay (Garrulus glandarius) in roe deer (Capreolus capreolus)
Pacáková, Alena ; Obleser, Petr (advisor) ; Husinec, Václav (referee)
This elaboration focus on bioacoustics interactions between a deer/roubucke(Capreolus capreolus) living in our territory, which is highly hunted and a jay bird (Garrulus glandarius), which has abilities according to ingrained experiences and traditional folk superstitions hetero-specifically to warn against predators. On territory of the Czech republic is a deer/roubucke one of the most widespread artiodactyl and a jay bird is one the most common birds. The acoustic communication between those two species plays a big role, but her research was paid only slight attention. This elaboration focus on recognition is abilities of deer on warning signals received from jay bird. There was 39 records received, how roe deer reacts on jas is bird signals. All recording took place in area of Radotin in Prague. By using the sound system, there were playing control signals of magpie bird follow up with warning signals of jay bird. There were evaluated aspects like sex, bonnet, distance, size of the bunch and of curse their influences on timing of hunting season. The outcomes helped us to closely understand of life of roe deer and their behavior when they recognize warning signals. The analysis provided us information that roe deer respond the same way to warning signals from jay birds as well as control signals from magpie birds. Based on further outcomes of the elaboration, it is important to mention unsubstantiated correlations of received signals between sex and age of roe deer. We assume that behavioral symptoms to warning signals are closely related to experiences of given individual roe deer.
Zhodnocení minerální výživy srnčí zvěře ve vybraných honitbách
Putala, Martin
The aim of this work was to evaluate the mineral nutrition of roe deer in selected hunting grounds. The work was made on the basis of questionnaire survey and selected literature. The questionnaire is formed from fourteen questions that primarily dealt with used form of mineral feed, mineral feed carriers, system of supplementary feeding, of roe deer farming system and the overall influence of various factors on the successful improvement of roe deer using mineral complementary feed.
Vliv pastvy skotu na výskyt a prostorovou aktivitu srnčí zvěře
Horák, Vojtěch
The topic of this thesis deals with the influence of grazing cattle on the incidence and spatial activity of roe deer game. For the purposes of this work were selected territory in southern Bohemia in the three associations the hunting grounds. The field investigation was conducted by the method of direct counting of the advantageous positions in the pasture and correlation surfaces from the beginning of the grazing and at regular intervals during it until its end. The result of the work is the assessment of the various factors operating on the roe deer in these locations and a proposal of measures that could mitigate the effects of the negative impact of grazing cattle on the hunting management of roe deer to the game.
Breeding of roe deer and wild boar in hunting Drahotěšice-Radonice
CHODIL, Josef
This work deals with the evaluation of game management with roe deer and wild boar in hunting Drahotěšice-Radonice in the years 1993-2014. As a material for this work are used data from the records of hunting manager. It evaluates the annual evolution of aggregated states, the amount of hunting and implementation for hunting of roe deer. It is also evaluated catch weight and date of capture of roe deer and wild boars. On the ground of results are set recommendations for the managemet of roe deer and wild boar in hunting.
